Cold rolled sheet

Cold rolled sheet is a product made by rolling hot rolled coils as raw materials at room temperature and below the recrystallization temperature. This rolling process can significantly improve the surface quality and dimensional precision of the steel. The mechanical properties and process properties of cold rolled sheets are superior to those of hot rolled sheets because the cold rolling process does not produce iron oxide scale and the cold rolled sheets are annealed so that their structure and properties are optimized. Moreover, the cold rolled sheet mainly uses low carbon steel grade, which has good cold bending, welding and stamping properties.

A cold rolled line is a metal working process used primarily to produce metal products in sheets, strips or other shapes. Here are some details of the cold rolling line:

Main specifications and scope of application:

Dry flat automated production line for steel strip, copper strip, aluminum strip, etc.

The strip width is 200～380mm, the blank thickness is 0.2～1.2mm, the elongation is ≤3%, and the flat speed is ≤300m/min.

Process flow:

Shear butt welding machine → inlet S roller → inlet anti-wrinkle roller → four-roller flat rolling mill → outlet anti-wrinkle roller → outlet S roller → coiler.

Main component configuration:

The “S” roller, anti-wrinkle roller and anti-jump roller are installed in front and behind the machine. It has automatic belt penetration function and is easy to operate.

Function:

During rolling, elongation, rolling force, roll seam, tension are automatically controlled.

Parameters such as strip plate shape, elongation, rolling force, roll seam, tension, current, temperature and pressure are automatically displayed, and the plate shape is manually adjusted during rolling.

Manual zeroing and leveling of rolling mill roll joints, hydraulic AGC control.

With fully digital AC variable frequency speed regulation system, the rolling speed of the unit is automatically controlled.

The company was established in April 2011. The company covers a total area of more than 270 acres. It is a special high-strength plate and hot-dip aluminum-zinc-silicon steel plate processing and sales enterprise. It is mainly engaged in cold-rolled plates, pickled plates, aluminum-zinc-silicon plating, and galvanized plates. Production, processing and sales, now has one pickling production line, two 1150 unit cold rolling production lines, and four galvanizing production lines with an annual production capacity of 350,000 tons. The company consists of functional departments such as the General Manager's Office, Sales Department, Quality Inspection Department, Finance Department, Production Department, Supply Department, Marketing Department and Logistics Department. The company has more than 270 employees, including 48 technical backbones and 56 with a college degree or above.
